The Gewurztraminer (pronounced “gur-vertz-tra-meaner”), grown on our Healesville vineyard, gives the impression by it’s highly perfumed aromas of rose water and lychee, that it is a sweet style wine. Alas the palate is pungent yet dry with characters of lemon zest, thyme, rosewater and crisp finish.
