Antonio Soave DOC

Antonio Fattori is the third generation to grow vines and make wine at his family’s Terrossa estates. Brilliant water like core with a distinct greenish tinge running around the outskirts. Delightful scents of pear, red apple and lime jump out of the glass with some faint wet stone and spice notes ensuing. Delicious pear and red apple fruits have a moreish textural quality that’s round and supple. Excellent intensity of flavour with lime and delicate wet slate nuances lying underneath. Crisp, dry finish with a long refreshing aftertaste. Great drinking .
