The Daisy Creek red is 92% shiraz and 8% cabernet and has been aged on French oak for 18 months. The full bodied palate shows ripe plum, spice and liquorice. One of the best in the last decade with the long growing season providing a lovely balance of ripeness and acidity. As a result, while this wine is beautiful drinking now it will also reward medium to long term cellaring.
