Made from very ripe grapes which are crushed and partially fermented until arrested with spirit to retain the correct level of residual sugar. The Keep is then matured in wooden barrels where it loses its pale youthful colour, darkening slightly as it picks up its characteristic golden hues. The colour is bright gold with appealing aromas of luscious, freshly crushed grapes. A profusion of fresh grape flavours are supplemented by its velvety texture, the result of the grapes being picked late in the season, at full ripeness. The mouth explodes with a profusion of fresh grape flavours adding a velvety texture to the wine; this results from the grapes being picked late in the season, at full ripeness. Sipped on its own or enjoyed with lighter desserts. Serve at room temperature, chilled or with your favourite mixer.
