FREE DELIVERIES OVER $200
Free delivery for orders over $200 is offered to most areas of Australia. To be eligible, the order must include Wine, Champagne and/or Spirits.

Beer/Cider, Mixers & Soft Drinks can be included in the order in singles, 4 packs or six packs.

Orders of only Beer/Cider, Mixers and/or soft drink will attract a delivery fee and can only be ordered under local deliveries or Click & Collect.

ALL OTHER DELIVERIES INCLUDING MELBOURNE METRO
All Melbourne Metro, country and interstate deliveries are sent via a third party courier. Once the order has been picked up by a courier, Parkhill Cellars no longer has control over the timing of your delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within Australia.

Please ensure you include contact phone numbers, email and delivery instructions if no one is home to enable prompt delivery.

All orders placed MUST be made by a person over 18 years of age & all deliveries can only be received or collected by a person over 18 years of age. Photo Identification may be requested. 

RE-DELIVERY
Any deliveries requiring redelivery or redirection to a new delivery address may occur an additional fee.

CANCELLATIONS BY US
We may cancel your order before delivery in whole or in part. We may do this even if we have received payment from you or sent you a tax invoice. In the case of click-and-collect orders, we may make such cancellation before collection of the ordered products. Any such cancellation shall be by giving you such reasonable cancellation notice as we are able to provide via any of the contact details we have for you. The circumstances in which we may cancel your order are if:
any of the ordered products are not available;
there was any error in the description of any ordered products or their price as advertised by us;
your order is in breach of these or any other relevant terms and conditions or is contrary to a person's rights or to any law; or
these terms and conditions,  provide that we may not deliver your order.

CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
You agree that you cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible on (03) 9328 1132.

If we agree to you changing your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase, to the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging and to you agree to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the change. Please note that once your order has been accepted & dispatched by Parkhill Cellars, we will not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on products.

SUMMER HEAT DELIVERY POLICY
During the hot summer months, we may choose to delay dispatch of your order to avoid potential heat damage to your wine. We use weather forecast information to make this judgement.

INSURANCE
Full transit insurance is automatically added to all orders sent to Australian addresses. Insurance is charged at the rate of 1% of the value of your order and will be calculated at the point of checkout. If you wish to send a parcel without insurance, please state this in your order’s special instructions or email sales@parkhillcellars.com.au as soon as your order is placed.
NB: If you elect to have your wine delivered to the back/front door without a signature, Parkhill Cellars will not be liable for missing parcels. If you are not at home at time of delivery, Parkhill Cellars HIGHLY recommends sending the wine back to the local postal outlet, where both ID & a signature will be required to pick up your wine.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Returns Policy is in accordance with Australia Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:

‘Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.’ 

Please note that once your order has been accepted & dispatched by Parkhill Cellars, we will not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on products.

In the event that your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase and at least ¾ remaining of the original faulty bottle. Please contact sales@parkhillcellars.com.au for arrangements to be made, or call 9328 1132 or come in store.

Delivery charges will be reimbursed to you if Parkhill Cellars are at fault i.e. faulty product, incorrect product delivered, or products damaged in transit. In all other instances including change of mind the delivery charge will not be reimbursed.

DELIVERY RECORDS
We may record all details of and incidental to deliveries. Our records may include details of the forms of verification referred to above and taking a photograph. We will only use and disclose such records for reasonable purposes, which may include proof of delivery, administration, complying with record keeping requirements under liquor licensing laws and law enforcement.

RISK
You agree that risk of loss of or damage to products appropriated to your order passes on delivery of them including where delivery is to unattended locations (such as locations which are not attended by any person or which are attended by a person who is not acting on your behalf).

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to the availability of stock. Parkhill Cellars retains the right to cancel orders subject to stock availability. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately via text and/or email, and refunded for the cost of the product. However, Parkhill Cellars does not accept responsibility for providing additional reimbursement for the cancellation of an order.

We cannot guarantee the specific vintage of any product listed on this website and we reserve the right to replace any product supplied with the same product from a different vintage. Parkhill Cellars does not provide warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness or suitability of the information regarding our products or services on this site. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur.

Parkhill Cellars will not offer any further discounts on products already advertised as a special or sale item.

In using the information we provide, you acknowledge that there may be inaccuracies or errors. To the fullest extent of the law, Parkhill Cellars excludes liability for such errors. We may choose to not fill any orders (or part of an order) that you have placed where the website contains errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, return policies, vintages and any other product information. We are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss in connection with use of this website or a linked website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and to refuse the sale of a product.

PAYMENT AND CURRENCY
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. Please be aware that from time to time,  Paypal may put a payment on hold , in the rare case that this happens , we cannot release your order until the payment has completely cleared through Paypal. As soon as the payment is approved, we will immediately release the order. Parkhill Cellars has no control with regards to the processes that Paypal undertakes. 

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%.
